Direct Marketing

Our effective low cost campaigner that works.

At it's most simple level, think of ten companies you would like business from. Write to them including a reply coupon requesting further information with an incentive to reply.

You've spent out on x 10 postage stamps and a possible freepost reply account. Say you get one reply which you follow up and get some business; now what would happen if you mailed x 1000 companies, you still haven't spent much compared with paying for display ads in magazines - think about it.

Example : JB Taste Challenge

Client: JB Foods

Brief: To raise the sales figures of JB Foods own label Smoked Pork Sausage.

The Competition: Branded / with national advertising.

The Results:

- 94% of the target list took the taste challenge

- 100% of these took the offer

By giving the customer the opportunity to take part in a taste challenge by personal invitation we were able to show the JB product side by side with the customer's existing purchase. WE scored very high, either better or equal on taste, texture, appearance and value.

Benefit of this Direct Response campaign: As the vouchers were filled in by participants... the mailing list was 'cleaned' - giving us future opportunity to target this list even better.
